Dragon Dreaming
w/ Marco G. Steiger

Dreaming, Planning, Doing & Celebrating.

The Dreaming: Every project starts with a Dream dreamed by a single individual. Daily experience teaches that 90% of our dreams get blocked in the dreaming stage. This primarily happens because we do not share our dreams.  How then do we make our dreams come true?  The first step is to share your dream and build a team around your dream that assists in making the dream come true.

The Planning: The second stage is to build a clear plan: people do not plan to fail, they only fail to plan. The second step of the plan takes the dream and brings it into a concrete, measurable and feasible form.

The Doing: The third stage is where much of the work occurs. This is the doing stage of the project. International figures show that approx. 90% of business ideas, start-ups or non-government community initiatives fail to last longer than 3 years. This is mainly due to the lack of step number four: celebration.

The Celebrating: The fourth stage of a successful project is celebration.  This is built upon gratitude and thankfulness, acknowledgement and recognition.  It is celebration that connects the doing of a project back to the original dreaming.  We say 25% of any project needs to be celebration. And it needs to be fully integrated throughout the process.

Dragon Dreaming is an opportunity to learn how to make 100% of your dreams come true through playing a win-win game. You may discover how to make a visionary Dream Circle, establish goals and objectives creatively through full group participation, make a Karabirrdt game, or sing the budget of your project into existence in 20 minutes.

The dragon represents all that is outside of your comfort zone. As we step out into the unknown, we do not have to go searching for our Dragons, they will come looking for us all by themselves. As we learn to dance with the our Dragons, we liberate our personal powers that are still dormant.

Building celebration into all aspects of living is the key formula for a life and world that is truly sustaining.
