Curriculum

.
At SOAR the inner and the outer journey are closely knit together. Every workshop, event, activity provides opportunities
to develop awareness of who we are and how we interact. Time will be devoted to processing those insights
through different practices, personally and as a group.

One of our main tasks is to work  towards freeing ourselves from our conditioning as consumers,  addicted to  constant flows of information and entertainment. We believe in slowing down, and offer it as an important aspect of our education, respecting the necessary  steps of experimentation and integration. For this reason every workshop week
is followed by a more relaxed week,  giving time for integration.
In the curriculum those weeks are labelled:  "Community Week" (see description below the schedule).

Body practice and Meditation take place every morning of every week.
Choir singing, dancing and playing are ongoing all through the program.
Community Meetings take place twice a week. As time goes by they are progressively facilitated by the participants themselves.
Week-ends are free.
