Hospitality and sharing meals as a family is a celebrated aspect of Greek culture that the SOAR community will enjoy in their time at Oikia.

The food at SOAR is mostly organic, locally sourced and  vegetarian, with occasional meat or fish.
During the week, meals will be prepared and eaten together. On weekends, basic ingredients will be available and each person will be self-sufficient in the preparation of the food. Participants may also choose to take their weekend meals in the port, which is a short walk from the Oikia, and full of cafes and restaurants.
The SOAR tuition includes three meals a day five days a week, as well as basic groceries for the week-ends.
If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know on your application.
