Who am I?
w/ Margalida Reus
(translated from French)

At the center of our being there is a spring.
Often this spring is  covered with  layers of our conditioning:
Many "musts" and "shoulds", fears and beliefs.
Uncovering the spring is our life's sacred journey.
A journey towards inner freedom.
 A journey towards ourself.

Who am I? To find our true place in the world, it is necessary to reach a deeper and more conscious understanding of who we really are, to connect with what is alive inside us, to become aware of our own unique identity. This involves becoming aware of our deeply ingrained patterns, rooted in our personal story, especially those limiting the full expansion of our self. That also involves learning to host our emotions, the pleasant as well as the unpleasant ones, without repressing them nor letting them dominate us. For we are free only from what we truly accept.

"I want to know if you can sit with pain
mine or your own
without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it."
The invitation, Oriah Mountain Dreamer

Through teachings and deepenings, personal work and work in small groups Margalida will guide participants to explore two main paths:

1) What have I lived? What is my personal story? How do I look at myself?
2) What have I made out of what I have lived? What kind of behaviors have I established? How do I look at others?
