SOAR Programme

How do we relate to ourself? To the other? To our environment? What keeps us from honoring our inter-connectedness?
How can we overcome separation to heal ourselves, our relationships and the earth?

At SOAR we see that the state of our world today is the result of a deep separation: between people, between heart and mind, between humans beings and the earth. Our aim for the program is to create possibilities for reunion:  within ourselves, our communities and the natural world.

Working towards re-union, our aim is to help you identify your own qualities, your own specific dream, and provide you with the skills and experience  that will allow you to become the creator of your life

Rather than a school we consider SOAR as a laboratory, encouraging exploration and experimentation, on a personal level and as a group. Our program is designed as a fertile ground holding many opportunities for the practice of creation and co-creation, group facilitation, decision making etc...

Community life will be our field of experimentation.
Awareness practices will help us expand our perception.
Circles of sharing in truth and trust will  support  our growth.
Knowledge and tools gained in the workshops will nurture our practice.
Project building will bring our learning into action.
Opening to greater than us will inspire our effort.
Immersion in nature will ground us in our own deepest nature.

We believe that in order to be fruitful, our work in the world cannot be dissociated from the work that takes place within ourselves.
